important that you buy the right size cartridge.  A toner cartridge that is either too small or
large for you machine will not work properly and often you will find that a
toner cartridge can not be returned to the place where purchased once it has
been opened.  Certainly this may well be
an expensive mistake for those with large copier machines.  Toner cartridges for copiers can be purchased
either through an office supply shop, online or through a catalog.

A toner cartridge for a copier is always labeled and it is
wise to right down these number that are on the side to ensure that you get the
correct size cartridge for the copier. 
The manual that is also provided with the machine will also provide
details of the right size cartridge that needs to be used with it.  However, copiers that produce both black and
white and colour copies of documents will need two kinds of toner cartridge in
order to produce the high quality copies for presentations and manuals.  It is important that all copies produced for
a meeting or a conference are both crisp and clean and therefore remember to
make sure that there is enough toner in the machine for any large projects that
need to be produced.  By ensuring that
there is enough toner in the machine it will help to save time and ensured that
the copies produced are of the highest quality possible.  Presentations that have pages which are fuzzy
or unclear will not only look unprofessional but will also be taken less
seriously by those looking at them.

It is advisable that the toner in a copier should replaced
every month in a large machine and every couple of months in the smaller
versions, but again this will depend on just how many copies are being made
each day and the size of the projects that are being produced.  By ordering toner in bulk it will ensure that
there is toner always available and is usually a way of saving money (as most
suppliers will offer discount to those ordering in bulk).  Always choose toner that will work well with
the paper that is most used in the office and make a note of the cartridge
number which will make it easier when ordering more, it is a great help if say
the cartridge has been thrown away prior to a new order being made.   Sometimes
it is easy to forget to order the toner and it is wise to have an extra
cartridge on hand in case such an emergency occurs.
