Once you have created the content for either your manual or presentation then you need to add the graphics and any other pictures that may be required.  One of the benefits of a copier printer is that it will help you to create the type of document that you need, from book settings, left to right, right to left, columns and every other kind of page setting that is available.  However, it is advisable that when you are printing off the first copy of your document it is best if you stay close to the copier printer and when that first document is completed then check it through to make sure that it is correct and is the complete article.  Now you can begin to make copies of the document using the copier part of the machine, you will soon discover just how quickly these copies can be produced and that they look exactly like the original copy you printed off.

At all times when using a copier printer ensure that there is enough paper and toner in the machine if you are working on large projects as this will allow for the entire project to be finished at one time.  Should the toner begin to run low you will soon see that the quality of the text and images being produced will appear faded and which will affect the look of the manual or presentation that you are producing.  Remember that the copies being produced are only of a quality if there is enough ink and paper in the machine.  Although it may not take long but having to reprint the pages that are not of the right quality will certainly waste time that can not be spared.
